Everyone is quick to judgement about kim klein's decision, the mother of Talia who lost a child in a situation that did not have to happen. Talia and her friend Frankie should never have been exposed to Michael's decision to fly in terrible weather that day. Furthermore if the Klein patriarch refuses to talk with Kim without the prescence of lawyers than she doesn't have much choice now does she. She has to use the legal system which is designed to not only bring justice but to facilitate communication where there is none. I think everyone should hold off on judging Kim until the facts are out. The bottom line is Michael was the adult and should have had the girl's safety as his number one priority that day. The weather would have given commercial pilots pause that day certainly not appropriate for Michael or the young charter pilot to take up a small plane in foul weather. Kim devoted her life to Talia. Once the facts are out, I believe there will be more support for a mother who lost her only child in an accident that didn't need to happen.
