“20 years!!!” laughs Camille Cimini-Fruin. “How is it possible? Camille began working at the Indy in 1990, fresh out of radio sales. She had no knowledge of newspaper sales, but caught on quickly and realized our weekly was the print media people really needed back then and still do today! She’s proud to be a senior sales representative at the paper and loves helping clients with their advertising strategies. “It's grand to be a member of the Independent family,” says Camille, who’s the mother of 30-year-old Cara and 14-year-old Delaney and is married to Santa Barbara radio personality Gary Fruin. They have two adorable granddaughters, Izzy and Maeve.
