Beth Taylor-Schott
Beth Taylor-Schott has earned a doctorate in Art History from UC Berkeley and taught art history and writing for 12 years at Berkeley, USC, and UCSB. She is a fellow of the South Coast Writing Project and has won a SBWC fellowship through the Community of Voices Poetry Contest. Her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in The Mindfulness Bell, South Carolina Review, The Handmaiden, Zone 3, and the anthology Mourning Sickness. In addition to writing art reviews and features for The Independent, she currently works as a Poet in the Schools and as a life coach.
