    Research Firm and New Eatery Are Positive About the Future

    Two very different Santa Barbara enterprises - Sabrient Systems and the Hummingbird Cafe - are defying the economic recession. Research firm Sabrient specializes in quantitative modeling that aims to predict the behavior of U.S. traded stocks. The Hummingbird Cafe offers food and drink based on locally grown, organic produce and ingredients. Video includes interviews with Sabrient’s founder David Brown and Hummingbird owner Kristi Curtis.
