Visit CALM’s Antiques and Vintage Decorative Arts Show and Sale at Earl Warren Showgrounds (3400 Calle Real) from Friday, September 26, through Sunday, September 28, where 80 of the west's finest dealers will be selling everything from period furniture and garden artifacts, to decorative accessories and estate jewelry. Proceeds benefit CALM, the only local nonprofit agency specializing in the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect. The S.B. Trust for Historic Preservation proudly presents their 3rd annual Vinos, Tapas y Arte fundraising event on Saturday, September 27, from 3-6 p.m. at Casa de la Guerra (9 E De La Guerra St.). Several fine restaurants will be donating delicious appetizers, superb wineries will be pouring selections of their finest vintages, and talented area artists will be donating their work for exhibition and sale. The Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital Auxiliary (315 S. Patterson) will host a fund raiser on October 2 and 3 from 7a.m.-5p.m. It is the fabulous $5 jewelry sale! Come view a huge selection of earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, pins, and more. Items are for men, women, and children.
