Yahoo!Lake Cachuma has cruises of its wonderful waters year ’round, but right now the park naturalists have announced there are some adorable baby grebes, coots, ducks, herons, and fawns hanging out with their mamas just waiting for you to observe their cuteness with your own precious little one. Docents guide the two-hour tour of the lake on Fridays and Saturdays (3-5pm) and Saturdays and Sundays (10am-noon). You’ll learn about local and migratory wildlife, flora, cultural history, and geology! $15/adults, $7/kids (4-12 years old; please, no children younger than four).
