Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese physical exercise of slow flowing movements that focuses the mind while conditioning the body. There are many studies that have shown that Taiji is helpful in conditions regarding balance, arthritis, high blood pressure, stress, osteoporosis, diabetes, shingles, and more. Tai Chi is considered a perfect low stress exercise for everyone. Instruction: traditional Yang long form, Hao and Tung/Dong style Tai Chi, weapons and push hands. Instructor: Toni DeMoulin has been teaching taiji since 1972. This Santa Barbara school is affiliated with the Tung Ying Jie Taiji Legacy- Alex Dong Intl. Taijiquan Asso. with branches of the school world wide.
