Description: Learn the fine points of close-up photography from Stuart Wilson. The class will cover techniques used for photographing plants and animals. Topics will include lighting, specialized equipment, composition, and aesthetics as well as strategies for finding appropriate subject matter. This class is open to intermediate and advanced film or digital photographers. Participants must understand basic camera operation including principles such as f-stops and depth of field. Your camera must be capable of close-up photography, with at least a 1:2 magnification.
