Description: You have the power to improve your community and change lives! Help other adults improve their reading and writing skills. The S.B. Public Library System’s Adult Literacy Program seeks volunteers to work as one-on-one tutors at all branch libraries. By tutoring once or twice a week, you can help your neighbors reach their personal goals, such as reading to a child or getting a better job.
