Description: This Yoga Class is for all levels of ability, beginner to intermediate. Gently guided morning practice for every part of the body, stretching and toning the muscles and joints, the spine and entire skeletal system. Varying intensity with focused breathing to leave you feeling strong, calm and refreshed. By releasing physical stiffness and mental tension in the morning, you'll liberate vast resources of energy to start your day off great.
Starts at 8:30am - Light Refreshments will be served & Goodie Bags provided.
